Deb has worked in healthcare for 20 years and having been a registered nurse for over 15 of them, she has extensive experience in a variety of areas. Her main interest has been acute surgical nursing, and she has worked in all the major public hospitals in both Melbourne and Brisbane. She has cared for patients in a range of specialties including plastics, vascular, burns and ENT, with a clear focus on skin and wound healing.
Deb also spent 4 years in an educational role as the Undergraduate Co-ordinator at a private Melbourne hospital, assisted with the COVID response in various roles, and is currently working as a Care Co-ordinator in community health. The transition to cosmetic nursing has been smooth – she completed her training with anti-aging and recently opened her clinic – In Your Skin Aesthetics – in Oakleigh.
Deb values communication and takes the time to get to know each of her clients. She takes a collaborative approach to all consultations and works closely and respectfully with each individual to achieve the best possible outcomes. She loves achieving a natural result, by intensifying each client’s unique features to allow them to be the best version of themselves.
Deb specialises in anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments, with lips being her favourite area to enhance.
