Profhilo is a new bio-remodelling injectable treatment indicated for contour redefinition and laxity remodelling of the face.

Profhilo works to smooth and hydrate the skin from the very first treatment. However, most optimal results are usually seen after the second treatment. This is because Profhilo takes time to work at the cellular level – two consecutive treatments 4-6 weeks apart is recommended to trigger a longer-lasting response. It stimulates new collagen and elastin production in the skin to improve plumpness, firmness and bounciness. Results generally last six to twelve months post treatment, after which, a repeat cycle is recommended.
The injection process for Profhilo has been carefully designed and clinically tested for maximum efficiency and client comfort. This method allows minimal injection sites with very little tissue distension or irritation, therefore reducing risks and downtime.

There is little-to-no downtime for most patients. Some may experience blebs or bumps at the injection sites. If any, they will disappear as the product disperses, and will usually subside within 48 hours after treatment.
As with any injectable treatment, we recommend not having the treatment if you have an important event in the next 2 weeks, as bruising and swelling, although rare, may occur.
